苹果向用户发表道歉信，鼓励使用协力厂商地图
苹果iOS6系统遭受使用者抱怨最多的一个应用非自带的苹果地图莫属。昨天苹果公司CEO蒂姆.库克（TimCook）公开发表道歉信，承认没有为客户提供最佳的使用者体验，对此深表歉意，并且建议用户在AppStore下载其他例如Bing地图、MapQuest和Waze等应用（国内则是推荐高德、百度和搜狗地图），甚至放出教程告知使用者如何在主介面建立穀歌地图和诺基亚地图的Web应用。

AtApple,westrivetomakeworld-classproductsthatdeliverthebestexperiencepossibletoourcustomers.WiththelaunchofournewMapslastweek,wefellshortonthiscommitment.WeareextremelysorryforthefrustrationthishascausedourcustomersandwearedoingeverythingwecantomakeMapsbetter.
WelaunchedMapsinitiallywiththefirstversionofiOS.Astimeprogressed,wewantedtoprovideourcustomerswithevenbetterMapsincludingfeaturessuchasturn-by-turndirections,voiceintegration,Flyoverandvector-basedmaps.Inordertodothis,wehadtocreateanewversionofMapsfromthegroundup.
Therearealreadymorethan100millioniOSdevicesusingthenewAppleMaps,withmoreandmorejoininguseveryday.Injustoveraweek,iOSuserswiththenewMapshavealreadysearchedfornearlyhalfabillionlocations.ThemoreourcustomersuseourMapsthebetteritwillgetandwegreatlyappreciateallofthefeedbackwehavereceivedfromyou.
Whilewe’reimprovingMaps,youcantryalternativesbydownloadingmapappsfromtheAppStorelikeBing,MapQuestandWaze,oruseGoogleorNokiamapsbygoingtotheirwebsitesandcreatinganicononyourhomescreentotheirwebapp.
EverythingwedoatAppleisaimedatmakingourproductsthebestintheworld.Weknowthatyouexpectthatfromus,andwewillkeepworkingnon-stopuntilMapslivesuptothesameincrediblyhighstandard.
